How comfortable are you in your relationship? At what point are you willing to share your Netflix password or fart in front of your partner?
To find out, FromMars surveyed 2,000 people in all kinds of relationships from across the UK, to find out their attitudes towards relationship comfort levels.
The beginning of a relationship is often referred to as the honeymoon phase, where we often show the best (and often unrealistic) versions of ourselves. But what happens over time and when do you show the ‘real’ you? We surveyed Brits to see when they felt relaxed enough to do everything from introducing their friends to their parents through to when most people are happy to poo in front of one another.

When dating there are certain key milestones that signify where you are in your relationship and are a good indication to where the relationship is going. Big milestones such as meeting the family, making it ‘official’ and moving in together, are all important relationship indicators.
We asked Brits when they thought it was the right time to be hitting these milestones, so you can see if you’re on track or a little quick off the mark.

Bad habits can last a lifetime, but there are some things we just can’t stand in a partner. Surveying both men and women we found the worst annoying habits their partners can have.
Lying came out on top as the most annoying habit for both men and women, whilst nagging came in second for men and ignoring you (not replying to texts) came in second for women.

For one reason or another, sometimes things don’t work out in a relationship. From the petty to the downright annoying, we see what men and women are mostly likely to break up over. Coming out on top in our survey for both men and women, sleeping with someone was a complete deal breaker. Although interestingly only 30% of men thought that kissing someone else would be a reason to break up with a partner when over 61% of women thought the same.
